Welcome to Rhythm Fusion Dance Studio! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

By accessing our website and enrolling in our dance courses, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Rhythm Fusion Dance Studio's website if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Rhythm Fusion Dance Studio. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

1. Registration and Enrollment

To enroll in our dance courses, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address. By enrolling, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and to update this information as needed.

Once you have successfully registered and enrolled, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your course. Please note that enrollment is subject to availability and we reserve the right to reject any enrollment at our discretion.

2. Payment

All payments for our dance courses must be made in full at the time of enrollment. We accept payment via credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please note that your enrollment will not be confirmed until we have received the full payment.

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a course by Rhythm Fusion Dance Studio, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment. No refunds will be given for cancellations made by the client.

3. Code of Conduct

We expect all clients to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards our instructors and fellow participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.

Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on our premises.

4. Liability

Rhythm Fusion Dance Studio and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the course. By enrolling in our dance courses, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and agree to release Rhythm Fusion Dance Studio and its instructors from any liability.
